Shipping Policy

Where we ship
Voragoods ships to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship internationally.

How fast we ship
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once dispatched, your order will arrive in 8-18 business days. All shipping is free.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email within 48 hours of your order being dispatched. If you do not receive tracking after 5 business days, please contact us at hello@voragoods.com.

Delivery delays
While the majority of orders arrive within 8-18 business days, occasional delays due to customs, carrier issues, or high-volume periods can occur. If your order has not arrived within 21 business days, please contact us and we will help locate your package or arrange a resolution.

Lost or stolen packages
Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, Voragoods is not responsible for theft or loss at the delivery address. We recommend ensuring a safe delivery location or filing a claim with the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) directly.

Address changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After that window, the order may have already been processed and address changes cannot be guaranteed.
